Article 2 – Applicability

Products are described as completely and accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on liefbeest.nl. All images are indicative and cannot be a reason for compensation or dissolution.

Article 4 – The agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and liefbeest.nl confirms it by email. liefbeest.nl takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without stating reasons. During the cooling-off period, the consumer handles the product with care. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer can contact info@liefbeest.nl.

Article 6 – Obligations upon withdrawal

In case of withdrawal, the consumer receives a refund of all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days. The consumer bears the costs for return shipping. Refunds are made via the same payment method used by the consumer.

Article 7 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: Opened or used hygiene products (such as pet shampoo, treats) Personalized or perishable products

Article 8 – Prices

The prices stated in the offer include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Price increases after the conclusion of the agreement are not permitted, unless legally required.

Article 9 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the consumer. Delivery takes place within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated. If delivery is delayed or a product is out of stock, the consumer will be notified.

Article 10 – Payment

Payment must be made in advance via iDEAL, credit card or other payment methods offered in the webshop. In the event of late payment, liefbeest.nl is entitled to suspend the order.

Article 11 – Complaints procedure

Complaints can be submitted via info@liefbeest.nl. You will receive a substantive response within 14 days. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, it can be submitted to the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Article 12 – Liability

liefbeest.nl is not liable for consequential damage, indirect damage or loss of data. The liability of liefbeest.nl is limited to the invoice amount.

Article 13 – Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR). See the Privacy policy on our website.

Article 14 – Final provisions

Dutch law exclusively applies to agreements. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
