Of course, we hope you and your beloved pet are completely happy with your order. But if something isn’t quite right, no problem! You have 30 days to return it — hassle-free.
You can return your order within 30 days after receipt.
The product must be undamaged, unused, and if possible, returned in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
Send us a message via klantenservice@liefbeest.nl with your order number and reason for return (not required, but helpful). We’ll send you the return instructions within 1 business day. Return the product to our return address. Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund the full purchase amount within 5 working days (excl. shipping costs, unless it was our fault).
Return costs are your responsibility, unless: the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered; you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days and the return meets the conditions.
Returns are at your own risk. We recommend sending the package with track & trace.
Always keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
